SERVICES
My aim as a therapist is to offer a supportive space where you can explore your inner world, make sense of your patterns, and reflect on how you relate to others. Therapy is a chance to connect more deeply with yourself, work through emotional challenges, and move toward a more satisfying and authentic life.

People often come to therapy when things feel tough—maybe in relationships, emotionally, or just feeling a bit stuck. But therapy isn’t only for when things go wrong. It can also be a space for self-discovery and personal growth. Just like regular physical exercise helps keep the body strong, therapy can support your emotional well-being. It can help you feel more grounded, flexible in your thinking, emotionally resilient, and more connected in your relationships.

Sessions usually take place once a week, at a regular time and in a consistent setting. Depending on what you’re looking for, therapy can be:
-
Short-term (around 6–12 sessions) – More focused, often working with a particular issue or life situation.
-
Longer-term (a few months or more) – A more open-ended process that allows time to explore deeper patterns or long-standing difficulties.
The following is an example of some of the issues that people may wish to seek therapy for:

-
Family and relationship issues or difficulties
-
Sadness, depression, emptiness
-
Lack of confidence, low self-esteem, issues around self-worth
