Sessions
Sessions take place once a week, at a regular time and in a consistent setting. Depending on what you’re looking for, therapy can be:
-
Short-term (around 6–12 sessions) – More focused, often working with a particular issue or life situation.
-
Longer-term (a few months or more) – A more open-ended process that allows time to explore deeper patterns or long-standing difficulties.
