I currently offer 1:1 sessions, in-person and online. In-person sessions are held in central Oxford, a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the Westgate shopping centre.
Fees
I charge £75 per standard session.
Format
Sessions take place once a week, at a regular time and in a consistent setting. Depending on what you’re looking for, therapy can be:

Short-term (around 6–20 sessions) – More focused, often working with a particular issue or life situation.

Open-ended – A longer process that allows time to explore deeper patterns or long-standing difficulties.
Privacy policy: I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website. My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform who store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. I use software to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
